The use of ICT as a resource and motivating agent, stimulates the educational process, which seeks access to information, adapting to the needs of individuals with NEE, promoting the research and development of educational topics through different didactic strategies helping their independence and increasing your personal self – esteem.
In the moments of the digital era vital importance in the educational field of computer literacy; However, we must emphasize the gap that exists between those who access ICT and those who do not.
