The inclusion of the omniscient narrator to demonstrate the cultural importance in Yawar Party

Peru is cataloged as one of the countries that has given rise to the most recognized writers over time, who used the narrative and/or lyric medium to highlight a critique of society and represent cultural events that allow manifesting their Peruvian identity andthat transcends the eyes and wisdom of children and youth. 

In this way, being a Latin American country with importance in terms of culture, beliefs, traditions, myths and legends, so that the authors root these topics as a central axis taking the various contexts that revolve in their environment, the total importance being of total importance.individual and communal participation to make them known to the reader as a critical and analytical axis of reality. 

In this sense, here we find Vate, the anthropologist, the Indian, the White, the Mestizo, the Folklorist, one of the great authors of our Peruvian and Latin American literature José María Arguedas Altamirano, which has had a transcendence full of recognition in hisLiterary legacy, for implementing literary techniques that range from the use of the omniscient narrator to the inclusive indigenous language to emphasize the cultural part of Peru. Given this the work that maintains these distinctive characteristics, has been his first writing, "Yawar Fiesta", (blood party) published in 1941 within the literary current of indigenism.

Specifically, this literary current maintains the valorization of indigenous cultures, therefore, its inclusion is essential, so it allows you to direct the thematic axis of the predomination and assessment of the feast of “Yawar Fiesta” in Puquio. Given the above, the heterodiegetic narrator takes relevance in the development of the work, since it recounts the predominant events that make up the thematic part, showing a more centralized and panoramic perspective of its environment. In this sense, how does the omniscient narrator demonstrate the cultural importance in "Yawar Fiesta"- the meeting of two worlds by José María Arguedas? Reciprocally, the use of the technical axis of the third person narrator, is immersed within indigenous language, literary description and direct dialogues, because these partialities greatly allow the cultural importance of the work "Yawar Fiesta" to theMeeting of two worlds.

In the first instance, the omniscient narrator adheres to indigenous language to express the cultural importance in "Yawar Fiesta". Well, through the transcendence of Arguedas, it is observed how each of his works maintains some peculiarity in the construction of language, because this author not only makes use of the quecha, but also includes Spanish in his writing,with the intention of incorporating and explaining the great reality of the Andean world that remains linked through the influential culture in Puquio. Therefore, this shows it in the farewell of women to the Misitu (the mystical bull chosen for the Andean run):

“(…) They entered the corral of the stay, and from there they called the women of all the courts: Oh Misitu, Ripunkichu;Ay warmikuna wak´aykusan! Ay Ynamayu, Sapachallayki Quidark´Okunki! Oh K´Oñami Pampa, Sapachallayki, Sapachalykis Quidark’Okunki! (Oh nisitu, you’re going to go, Oh we will cry the women! Oh Yanamayu Solito you will stay! Oh K´oñami Solito’s potato, you are going to stay!”(Arguedas 1941, p. 131, 132)

At the same time, given the above, it is observed how the omniscient narrator infiltrates the story to publicize the feelings of women when saying goodbye to the ‘At the end of the celebration. In this way, that indigenous language presented by the heterodiegetical narrator highlights the cultural manifestation of the indigenous world, presenting a large part of its customs as an important part of the construction of the thematic axis, in addition “the narrator is responsible, on many occasions, to translate that lexicon, introducing its Spanish reference in parentheses ”(Morales 2012, p. 48), in order to highlight this characteristic to the reader who often does not know at all is impressive culture. In sum, Arguedian production usually introduces terms in the Quechua language to manifest the importance of indigenous identity. Therefore, the use of indigenous language by the omniscient narrator is essential to show the size of the Andean culture in "Yawar Fiesta".
