The incidence of the armed conflict in the peace process
In this document, the incidence of the conflict arming in the peace process will be enunciated, from the perspective of transitional justice and reparation. Since, it is vital to know each of the positive and negative aspects that have left traces in Colombian history. Through this text, inform the population the impact that it has generated to the development of the country. And thus promote a community to changes and evolutions that are essential for the construction of a different thought. In turn, it is introduced into a placid and productive reading that allows you to identify with all this situation in Colombia. Therefore, raise awareness that an agreement and interest is fundamental among the actors who participate that in this case are institutions, the State and citizens. The main purpose is to provide information on the existing reality and how growth and evolution of new processes affect unfavorably. As, it is uncertainty, broken hopes, irreversible damage, disunity, sequels, impunity among others. But, above all, recognize the political, economic and social costs that must be overcome for the achievement of legitimate and stable peace. At the same time, establish mechanisms that guarantee coexistence and appeasement that enables the reissue of the social fabric. Therefore, a possible peace agreement will provide hope for the construction of new social policies and with this they are of the importance it deserves. Where it is fought against poverty, corruption, inequality, intolerance and a number of destructive factors due to government disinterest and citizenship. It must be sensitized that the incorporation of psychological and social aspects and programs in the redesign of development policies that allow the inclusion and transformation of the affected areas where it becomes reconciliation opportunities that enable equality. Promote citizen culture in all its aspects that contribute mainly to the respect of each other, tolerance in coexistence, forgiveness and harmonized integration.
In recent times Colombia has been the epicenter of difficult and intermittent long civil wars, but above all politics. This has been inclement and huge with the community. No, it is a new issue in the country or in the world, for that reason the accentuated trends towards the political and economic exclusion of the majority of the Colombian population have been the cradle of immense acts of civil resistance. More than physical and psychological conditions, it has caused a lot of uncertainty and indifference to the entire population. I weigh that it is a very rich country, in a diversity of positive aspects, which are not used or used in a correct way. On the contrary, greed, selfishness and the primacy of particular interests have led to complete chaos, resulting in corruption and injustice. For this reason, it should be noted that peace is an essential element within it, since it represents the dreams and illusions that the one billion Colombians has. Because of this, the objective of the text is to seek the interest of each of the readers and above all emphas. Specifically, issues such as irreversible damage to the Colombian population will be touched on, the divergent positions that have emerged, hopes, peace as a termination of the armed conflict, in the same way the uncertainty and the role that transitional justice and reparation play. These elements have great importance for the construction of a peaceful future based on an inclusive and tolerant society, which does not forget the past or the consequences of fifty years of armed conflict, but that is able to overcome them and use the historical means to buildA different future.
The most relevant concept in the text, which will be discussed throughout the writing and what is essential to know is peace. Etymologically comes from Latin Pax and means a period of stability, that is, a government without war between nations. That is, this allows to maintain balance and perseverance to go for collective harmony. Likewise, it serves to live in a quieter society, a united country where rights and obligations prevail in order to consolidate a true social state of law. In turn, it is a process that is aimed towards construction, reconciliation, the forgiveness of each affected party. That is why it is worth highlighting fundamental aspects such as human dignity, restoration, union, reparation, hope in order to build a country with solid bases of a more just and supportive society.
Violence in Colombia has been a problem for more than 50 years and has brought devastating sequelae. Since, it has made the population doubt about the measures against this. The reason is, that there is a negligence on the part of the State, which is immersed in corruption, of veiled truths, of chaos, situations which force to doubt the role that this should really play. While it is true, there is talk of the implementation of transitional justice, which seeks to claim the rights of victims and a social change. It is evident that everything summarizes this, that distrust and discontent is what it feels like, that we are in a pandemic of abuse, crimes and many defects that every day grow more. For this reason, something completely independent was created that is the JEP (Special Jurisdiction for Peace) to repair, exercise transitional justice, and the non -repetition of these repudiable acts, which marks all the armed conflict. Which must be the protector of the victims and the judge of these actors. However, this has been in the eye of the hurricane, since, little efficiency in problem solving has been seen. On the contrary, it has been the mechanism in favor of criminals, that shelter to evade the responsibility for their actions, then questions the legitimacy of this. In addition, the look that is evidenced by the State is the denial of how ineffective its measures are and the total indolence towards the people. Indeed, this problem will continue to affect that, the figures of social inequality grow and lead to the scourge of constitutional rights.
Likewise, the uncertainty of the Colombian people hinders the construction of peace and real implementation of justice. Some psychologists point out that the horrors of the war have left various conditions to society, since this problem has led the victims and not victims to doubt, to insecurity, delay, suspicion, with respect to government actions withwhat is up to repair and social construction. The Nation, without a doubt, has little credibility to the effectiveness of the resolution that have left the damage of coercion. The consequences are catastrophic, which is illustrated in victimization and responsibilities for the impacts of the conflict. Although they are multiple, unequal and differentiated, they are imputed to the system prevailing and particularly of the rulers, since in it the class power and organization of the relationships that predominate in society are condensed. There are many reasons why this doubt persists, but peace and the end of this implies changes, sacrifices, effectiveness for the socio -emotional development of Colombia.
For this reason, a real peace process would draw new hopes to Colombia and the guarantees of a democracy. Because, the population is already tired of so many injustices and criminals that stain what really aspires to be a society. That is why, a legitimate compensation of the people is longed for. And what better way than through the peace process and not so much this but reflects the truth and repair. Since, this is necessary to end so much impunity and outrage. Likewise, because a change is essential, the compensation of the victims, where more trust and security is guaranteed, to each of the citizens. Therefore, this will involve living a bit without fear, without anxiety, or weapons, and this gives way to a more dignified life for everyone. In addition, because it generates prosperity, giving rise in every way. Likewise, there are new possibilities to ascend at a social, educational, cultural, but above all to recover the tranquility and confidence that was taken away by the subordination of the most violent. Thus an ideal state can be cemented with transitional and restorative justice. As well as, Lederach expresses where he affirms that a positive peace is given through guarantees by the State in regard to our basic needs and that this implies attention and repair. (Lederach, 2000, P.32).From the above, it is relevant that peace is in favor of the general interests of the people and has as essential purposes to promote and guarantee the effectiveness of fundamental rights. Such as education, dignified life, free expression among others. Since, the foundation of an authentic agreement carries with it the departure of aggression and is based on something positive such as justice and harmony, where the appetite of individualism and greed is overcome to give way to common progress. On the other hand, following Ramos, he states that the transformative (and participatory) peace allows to generate a relationship between peace, coexistence and human needs, giving an opportunity to overcome the obstruction of the practice of peace and conflict (Ramos,2015, p 47). For that reason it is necessary that this end with everything that can disturb society, so that each problem is resolved, resulting in a peaceful coexistence and a fair order is given. Since, transformations are undertaken into social, economic and political systems, oriented to the crystallization of dignified life coexistence models. Peace as a transformation is the need to participate to the population in the construction of proposals with which it contributes to well -being and conflict management. We can all be active actors of changes, where each one manifests their point of view, giving rise to a dynamic process, which implies diversity of challenges, where it seeks to achieve an establishment of fraternity.
