On the other hand there are reducing or minimizing leaders who, according to the definition of leadership, the minimizing leader, to comply with the proposed objects and goals, achieve an opposite effect on employees and end up exhausting the commitment of their subordinates, these leaders canBeing effective but in exchange for the deterioration of their human capital, its staff ends absorbed and alienated, are those that drowned in their own intelligence and pride, neutralize others and reduce intelligence, limiting the maximum available from the optimal capacities of the organization.

The leaders who are multipliers act positively about those around him and in organizations they will obtain greater productivity since they know how to generate enough stimuli so that their team works with the necessary motivation. A good leader is able to generate confidence in its employees and allows the free development of creativity and innovation who do not have the ability to generate incentives often alienate their employees, bringing negative effects on productivity and personal life of their employees,for that reason

The leader of a company does not focus only on the needs of customers, but also, on the needs of their employees and their objective cannot only be to achieve the satisfaction of its customers, but to achieve the job satisfaction of all its employees. Market strategies, excellent products, technology, modern systems and processes, if the way in which human resources continue to leave the importance of leadership.
