The importance of children’s theater in the classroom

The theater in the children’s classroom is a resource of the most valuable that we can find for the global education of children. It is also a tool to educate in a fun way. Through the theater in the classroom they will be encouraged to move, talk and respond to each other.These dramatized activities will help them develop fundamental skills such as creativity, research, communication, empathy, self-confidence, cooperation, leadership and negotiation.The most important thing about all this is that theatrical activities are always fun, which makes learning pleasant and remembered forever.Skills that are extended with the theater in Infant Education in the Children’s Classroom The theater is a very valuable tool that can be used in many thematic areas. Specifically, the theater develops skills such as the beginning of reading and writing. Support oral and auditory expression and wide vocabulary. 

It also encourages children to understand and express different points of view.With the theater the little ones learn to express their emotions in an environment created especially for it. They begin to explore their cultural values ​​and those of the classmates and to understand them.It is an activity that encourages them to think and act creatively. The problem -solving skills that can be applied in all areas of learning are also developed. 

Through the theater, children are encouraged to assume responsibilities and make decisions.Teachers can adopt a more open approach in their classrooms concentrating on the learning process as well as the objective. With the theater the children are encouraged to learn actively during all their other years of education.  Likewise, structured dramatic game is a great tool for them.
