The impact of inclusion on university students
Introduction
The educational change processes require their cultural installation and community participation in visions, objectives and strategies for the transformation of ways of being and being in university space, strengthening students, the sense of belonging, quality of life, teamwork and active citizenship. It arises, then the initiative of a group of students to form an innovation commission that, through projects in the axes of academic, cultural, sports and social responsibility development collaborate in training, personal and social growth and leadership competences in students in the students.
Goals:
Contribute to the quality of student life, including a commission of students for innovation in health careers within the Department of Health of the University of the Pacific that proposes and implement projects and experiences to strengthen the educational project of health careers,contributing to the training of competent, responsible, pluralistic, collaborative professionals in our Paraguayan society.
Methodology
The methodology to be used was to form a group of students from health careers that are willing to develop projects in transverse areas, began in 2017 with a group of students from health careers managing the formation of multidisciplinary teamsthat propose solutions to the problem and improve the quality of life of their environment, are health skills.
The Student Commission as part of the Department of Education in Health Sciences, represented by the careers of Nutrition, Dentistry and Medicine implemented projects considering the axes of academic innovation, social responsibility, sports and culture, promoting a sense of belonging, critical thinking,cultural-sports spaces and social responsibility to impact training and ethical commitment.
Results
In its 2017 implementation, the Student Commission favorably impacted student life and integral training, considering each axis. As a result, academic events such as: Symposium on thyroid, with experts and participation in curricular innovation have emerged;2017 Medical Sports Games;Encounter of artistic talents;Recreational intervention for 500 children in violated community as social responsibility. Management realizes through performance evaluation and results achieved. 2018 continues.

With this innovation it was intended to promote student prominence and responsibility;That students participate and empowered the innovation process, generating teamwork and sense of belonging, either leading groups, creating spaces and actively participating in various activities that include the aforementioned axes, impacting the students as young university students committed, thanThey positively influence their peers and their surroundings looking for a new generation of replacement.
