The happiness of man in Aristotle as philosophy

Aristotle, one of the most common in philosophy, affirms that "there is only happiness where there is virtue and serious effort, because life is not play" that is, in ethics Nicómaco states that true happiness is to do things satisfied to the right reason, but what is happiness?virtue. Happiness in Aristotle, refers to "human actions and elections that are directed towards good" manifesting satisfaction with the actions and decisions in the life of man. There are different ways of feeling happiness, however, in ethics Nicómac to the goal.

Therefore, the actions must be analyzed so as not to make mistakes, managing to find the happiness of man for the objective achieved.; However, having an end or objectives is a sign of desire to overcome in itself, considering that it is important for life. Overcoming itself implies a series of rules or phases to get to the proposed, loving good and getting the happiness that Aristotle explains, “it puts them for what they should do and what they have to save, follow him that the end of this will include under itself the ends of the others, and this will be the human good ”.

The man is exposed to good and evil, however, Saint Thomas of Aquino defines evil as a deprivation of what in himself as being, it is good. Plato makes a comparison between good as the supreme idea and evil as ignorance; Aristotle considers that good and evil have in relation because just as in good there are also bad things that force man to abandon that path and leave things to continue with good until this objective with courage and perseverance. The man who acts by reason and executes his wishes, is considered important to understand and discover the reason for happiness.

Therefore, the being of happiness depends on the high good, living well and of acting well living prosperously. However, happiness is considered to be a gift or wealth that man has because they manifest themselves with palpable feelings in the face of a situation depending on its end.  Good, in man, is good by himself because he leads him to continue working well and has the fruit of feeling happiness; That is, it is convenient that the matter or motives that man has in the perspective of his life, be good and fair things, “because the principle is the being of man….".

Good and happiness are closely related to too much as previously mentioned, but the reason judges it because it is considered that the sum happiness have the gift for man, that is; which is a satisfaction in itself and that is why they love the life of leisure and hobby. There are three most outstanding types of lives, including the aforementioned said above, civil and contemplative; However, to deal with things suitable, it is necessary to honor for his happiness because man will feel the need to share it with happiness to the other. Therefore, to find the great good that leads to happiness is a job of man. Although because it manages to find too many goods but does that make man happy? Then when he finds the high good, he doesn’t let him easily remove it.

The man who honors happiness is considered virtuous, that is, it follows that the virtue most worthy of being in price than honor, because the end of civil life, refers to judging being is rightly right. Virtuesta virtue is more imperfect than happiness, because it seems that it can happen that he has virtue depends on an opinion. The third life is the contemplative, with more reason will finally judge any of the things already proposed previously, because in itself they love and want. Comment by User: Explain or say in another way, to make it more understandable …

Happiness depends on the exterior acts that man have daily, however, the greater the difference between man and happiness (very well), the more section it is to achieve what is sought. For example, between man and horse, there is a greater similarity as soon as his nature is, because within their life cycle, they are born and die, and they cannot both have a natural common. Comment by User: I do not know if it is ideal to give this example, because I find no relationship with the idea you were exposing previously

Loving good and happiness, leads man to honor the truth, because he finds the being of the thing, in quality and comparison. or correlation. Naturally it is first that what is conferred with another, because this seems addiction and accident of the thing but do not have the idea in common. However, what they carry a truth under the same idea are understood, everyone belongs to the same science, and this would try all good things because in man there is the same definition of truth, but I would not differ from another as well as well.

The assets that are intended and desired by themselves, by themselves, make a species, and those that are preserved or prohibited from the comments, due to these are said goods in another way. Therefore, goods are considered to be good because it is a signal in accordance with a common idea and among the goods that are desired for example, the view in the body, is the understanding of the soul.

The man attributes to a good according to his need, he gets away from himself for good, something that neither man can do, nor possess and seeks the good that may be able to achieve the objective or goal. Because in the context of health, the doctor is not considered main, but the cure for man. Happiness cannot consist of anything that because of others are desired, but seems according to reason, that it must be such, that nothing is missing.
