The community, people and racism as discrimination
Racism is discrimination by a person or community towards another for believing in a superiority either by skin color, opinion, religious beliefs, political or cultural thinking. There are currently several kinds of racisms such as cultural, primary racism, list and ecological difference. In cultural racism it is the superiority that believes to have one culture towards another for different customs, in institutional racism which is discriminatory practice towards people of color or different cultures that integrate state institutions, differentialist racism is the one that does not accept the ethnic diversity, and as an environmental racism is the destruction of nature affecting people and groups that depend on the environment to subsist.
Regarding racism by skin color which is going to speak in this present trial, it must be said that the last century was presented one of the saddest and hardest cases in history which was the Apharteid that occurred in South Africa in The forties and ended in the late nineties which was based on the fact that black people were subject to differentiated treatment by white people, violating their human rights as explained by the article which ensures that
“Under the apartheid regime, the blacks could not vote, they had to live in areas far from the whites (called Bantustanes), they charged less than them for the same job and, if they went to school, they had to go to separate centers with a worse educational level. The segregation was so extreme that black and black could not be a couple or marry, use the same public bathroom, go on the same bus or bathe on the same beaches, among many other restrictions ”(Laia Ros, 2019)
Even so, with the unfortunate event that occurred in the last century in South Afric Racist songs for Afro -descendant players, in the abuse that is given to citizens that come from Latin American flights on different continents. In Latin America, since due to the lack of opportunities towards black people there is discrimination that leads to generating poverty for this community, since they are not given better study qualities as the UN affirms in their news in their news
“Due to their exclusion and discrimination, Afro -descendants have almost three times more possibilities of living in poverty, they have less access to education and employment and are little represented in decision -making positions.”(UN, 2018)
With all of the above, it must be understood that all kinds of racism, whether cultural, differentialist primary among others, must be eradicated from our lives, since racism and all kinds of discrimination have led to violation of human rights as violating the right to Life, equality, integrity among others, therefore we must create awareness in the new generations so that this absurd practice is based on a concept of superiority is extinct.
