With the appearance of the global pandemic generated by the COVID-19, measures had to be taken to not postpone the studies and one of them is to study the Internet, that is, to make use of technology which for many people are difficult for them, and That not all have access to the Internet or a technological apparatus dares from which they can receive classes, or in much of the cases the Internet network has been congested which makes learning difficult and this has been one of the greatest challenges that it has had to pass each student when trying to find a way to continue educating.
