If you do not prepare to get victorious in any circumstance that is presented to us in everyday life, either in the labor field and personally, starting from that point, I will explain my opinion wishing that viewers or people who get to read this text, bemotivate, understand and look for a path that leads them to win in a war, without fighting. This book is a deep philosophy and feels its bases in deception as the main weapon to beat the war, it is composed of thirteen chapters, which each of them presents strategies that must be addressed to be better in a field and notprecisely battle.
Something important that seemed to me from the author, is that he mentions that "in the war you not only have to know howall. The author presents five factors that are important and that must be in mind in a conflict, the road, the weather conditions, the terrain, the authority or command and the discipline, this refers to evaluate the enemy, study it and above all, to know their strengths and weaknesses, and thus know where to attack, although it is true that an intelligent person does not necessarily use physical strength.
There is further than that, a good argument, a good explanation, can attack and you can take better advantage of the opportunity against the attacker. In addition, it exposes us two positions, victory and defeat, clearly opens visions to get victorious in the war, for this good planning and coordination are needed, we return to the same, a strategy, the other point is defeat, for this, it is important, as already mentioned, to know the defects of the enemy, its weaknesses, but also its strengths, in order to attack it in its moment. Another important point mentioned by the author is "the firmness".
We make an approach to what is a good leader?, While it is true that he mentions that a leader is able to overcome his enemy without resorting to force, here I mention and emphasize that you have to know how to differentiate a leader from a boss, a boss, simply sends his people, to its workers, but a good leader is the one who coordinates his allies and goes with them to the same purpose.
