Of the different types of stress we will focus on one especially, stress in the academic field that students commonly have, of this type of stress, it is intended to know what their meaning is, what are their causes, their consequences, their main effects andAs is currently managed.

Academic stress is the normal reaction that students have in any situation that arises in school, school or university, this is due to the accumulation of tests, exams, work and can be treated by a specialist since it can present situations withgreater gravity in which young people get to have problems and cannot control that.

Some young people are filled with a lot of stress, when this happens, we do not know how to handle it in a good way since this can lead them to anxiety, confinement, aggression, physical diseases as well as psychological or inappropriate skills to be able to remove it fromAbove, through the use of drugs and alcohol.

The most relevant symptoms of stress that is constantly presented in young people are from having no sleep, here is what is insomnia, not being hungry, headaches to dizziness, irritation, negativity and sadness these are those that harm the stateIn the mood of the student and at the same time affecting his closest social circle, which in any way they are also psychologically affected.

When investigating a little more in the issue of stress, there are many reasons why these can be presented, economic factors, work overload, lack of job satisfaction. Feeling comfortable at work and having the opportunity to do what you like is something less and less employees can do, unfortunately, personal relationships, family care, pressure on vacation, never say "no", don’t have timefree, obsess with perfection, lack of interest, disorder and confusion (Martín, 2014).

We must also be very alert of this since because of its different types we know that it begins from the smallest to the greatest so we must take care of our health, and try not to think much and the things that damage our emotional stability, and better to try toFind a way to entertain without leaving the routine, but only relax a time so that this does not have to go to worse and have no future problems.
