Sports journalism in pandemia
Introduction.
Because of the Covid-19 Pandemia, the world of sports world. Soccer tournaments such as Eurocup or Copa América, had to be suspended and postponed (20 medium, 2020).
Football events such as concachamps, had to be suspended. This year’s Olympic Games were also suspended. In the world of basketball, the NBA was suspended, etc. (ESPN, 2020)
Developing.
This year’s main event in the world of sport, is undoubtedly the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Due to the crisis by the pandemic, this great event had to be postponed for a year and will take place in 2021, with the name of Japan 2020, this to be able to reduce the cost invested in commercialization and infrastructure. (France 24, 2020). But a manager of the Organizing Committee that has the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, announced that he does not believe that until March next year you can know with certainty if the Olympic Games will be held or will have to be canceled for an alleged evolution of the COVID-19 (EITB.EUS, 2020)

The Covid-19 Pandemia has affected all media, but especially sports journalism, as the newspaper "Los Angeles Times" says, sports journalism is going through the worst crisis, as there is no sports leagues, several Sports programs had to reduce the salaries of their journalists or, in the worst case, they had to fire them (Los Angeles Times, 2020)
Because of the quarantine decreed in the countries, some sports journalists chose to be independent media through the Internet and digital platforms (Vanguardia Diario, 2020). In Colombia a problem arises, since several sports journalists have their closed programs, but the broadcasters continue to charge them (Vanguardia Diario, 2020).
Several sports journalists now cross all themes, to captivate sports audiences with topics that have nothing to do with sport. The initiative called service journalism was raised (Dircomfidencial. 2020)
When sporting events were canceled and suspend. Sports journalists had to leave the streets to move on to technology, the writing went on in the houses of journalists, the interviews are now made virtually (this, 2020)
