Sexuality is an important dimension of personality and health status that is expressed differently in each of the people. Not everyone has the same concept of sexuality, nor do we express it in the same way. Each social and cultural group builds and recreates particular social imaginary: their meaning, their value and their role in human existence, this complexity makes its study difficult and partly justifies the lack of effectiveness of interventions.
Having sex must be a personal and responsible decision by the two involved in it, sexual desire is given by three elements The first is the desire that is the desire to satisfy something, the second is the excitement that is the first partof a sexual and third response is the orgasm that is the culmination of sexual pleasure, which suddenly arrives, after a phase of excitation, and lasts a few seconds. The sexual response cycle is developed in five different phases:

- Plateau: It is one of the stages where sexual excitation levels are maintained and increased predisposing the person for orgasm.
- Orgasm: It is the shortest of all phases of the sexual response cycle and gives way to the so -called resolution phase, in which the body recovers the state in which it was before the excitation phase. The excitation phase can be abandoned or last as well as wanting before starting the plateau phase in which excitement is intensified by physical stimulation of erogenous zones and penetration.
