This essay will discuss the issue of sexual harassment, this being very common in people’s day -to -daydaily, what measures the country has taken for its caution, importance for its prevention.
I understand that sexual harassment in our country is used in transport or public roads, they are non -safe or reliable places for women, there are several sites where harassment is known, schools, works even in their own home, harassmentis perceived in men as in women. We realize that females such as male are not exposed to the same type of danger, since man is understood as the most "strong" "with the stereotypes created by society, the male is afraid of rape or harassment of harassment itself. Our Ecuadorian culture has culturally marked social patterns, of making compliments, whistles, roses, grooves, way of dressing or an eloquent phrase highlighting its physical charm, in the thus, attracting the opposite sex the female. In conclusion, harassment practices generate an insecure environment for the person who experiences them, preventing the correct development of people in an individual, social sphere, harassment does not generate a good, harassment is violence. People’s instilling values should make a difference to these cases of sexual harassthat more generates is motive of mockery, parody videos or things like that. Although there are small changes, what is expected to achieve in the long run is a much more significant improvement for respect for women and men, because there are also cases of harassment towards men, but they are not as spoken or discussed as those ofabuse against women.
