Introduction

The importance and effectiveness of the supply chain;It is vital for food security, since it is responsible for the entire food transition. This begins with the initial manufacturing activities, retail sale and final consumer. This management is effective because there is a better customer service provision, where the value chain intervenes. And these activities of the agri -food chains promise to be competitive and always be at the forefront of the demands and changes that society presents. This has allowed them to compete successfully in current markets, thanks to the result of the implementation of best practices in areas such as supply and demand planning in production, transport, storage, purchases and customer service.

Developing

The supply and organization of the supply chain are effective, Javier Meixueirtranscendent, which allows adjustments in the design and execution of the project, so that it facilitates the fulfillment of the programmed activities and the achievement of the objectives. By way of conclusion, I believe that the supply chain represents a very important role, in society;And above all it is a source income for many families that work in each of the activities and make possible the distribution of food. Because these people depend that human beings have food in time. But something that seems fundamental to me, that is applied;It is the evaluation of the projects to know which area of the food chain, it is being effective and which, it is failing.
