The beach has beautiful sites, has a touch of culture and history and provides opportunities for social and leisure interaction. Population Santa Monica Beach, previously referred as Santa Monica State Beach is a major beach in the Southern California. The beach is divided into three segments since it is 3.5 miles long including the North of the Pier, Santa Monica Pier, and South of Pier. Santa Monica has an estimated population of 93,220, by July 1, 2015, with 100 percent living in the urban area and zero percent in the rural region. The region’s males account for 48.9 percent and women 51.1 percent with a median age of 40.8 years. The population statistics explain the fact that the area appears less-densely populated as proved by little-to-no congestion in the streets and parks in comparison to other cities like New York.
