Rwanda Blood Spill
Introduction
In 1994 the population of Rwanda went through an increase reaching such a point that the resources were missing to supply the population. The resources that had been given to the highest social classes belonging to the Hutus, who were privileged with the scarce resources existing in Rwanda. The government made a decision which consisted of shedding blood from the lower ethnicities. Fear that an ethnic group disappears. With the fear of the lower ethnicities to be killed because of the lack of resources for the supply of the population, both the tutsis and the Twa watched the well -being of both ethnicities.
Developing
All this in order that food, resources and their distribution do not miss or scarce for the Hutus and a small part of these for the other ethnicities. Struggle to achieve power.
