Employers at Ritz Carlton are looking to ensure that motivation is high among employees. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the employees are led by individuals they can relate to (López-Gamero & Molina-Azorín, 2015). This is achieved by having senior leaders who are known to the employees as the ones who will lead a new branch as opposed to employing new individuals. It is also important to ensure that the development and training of employees at such new businesses is implemented on the fly without going through unnecessary bureaucracy.
