The reform aims to reach a society where people have consciously and active participation with the end of the construction of the common good and thus the positive progress of the quality of life of each human being without any discrimination, whether ideological, ethnicitiesand doctrines.

It is intended to reach a society where human rights are fortified with the levels of commitments that are helpful of the human being so their social projection. This guides us to the vision and description of the curricular model in such a way impact on the area of the administrative and organizational field of educational centers. They promote changes in pedagogical approaches in a different way from seeing the relationship between learning process and the teaching process with the following objectives.
Reflect one’s own identity as a support of unity in diversity and strengthening a country full of multilingual and multi -ethnic multi -culturality. Promote a fundamental and solid basis for humanistic, technical and scientific training for the personal basis in the exercise of the beneficial work of the development of each people or nation. Contribute to the oral tradition of each culture of the nation for endogenous strengthening that allows own growth in positive and profitable exogenous relationships.
Know ethical and aesthetic of Guatemalan peoples and create moral and spiritual qualities. Strengthen respect for people and develop values where peoples even with their ideological differences can promote and teach the educational sinus and mechanisms to do so, instill that individual obligations are fulfilled overcoming interest in the search for the common good andmake correct use of freedom and also the practice of human rights.
