Problems of indigenous peoples

Introduction

In this essay I intend to make clear some of the problems faced by the original peoples, unable to sustain the lands that are protected by the Constitution and the normative plexus, given that many of the lands in which they inhabit, contain some mineralswhich are very important for the multinational exploitation system.

 Since these represent a great economic income for the State, in turn these gigantic companies have enough capital to offer the corresponding province government to guarantee economic benefits in exchange for continuing with the exploitation. The same goes for educational, in which education is guaranteed, but it only remains at a subjective level.

As we can see there are broad regulations to protect their rights, but it happens that their application is being inefficient, since those that must guarantee the exercise of these rights have economic interests opposed to the needs of these people, in this way we seethat the State makes the positive regulations in favor of supplying these needs and requirements of international agreements, but as opposed to what it promotes on the one hand, it makes deaf ears and imputes crimes that are not really crimes, since they arerecognized rights, criminal causes open in order to persuade them and thus continue with the activity that generates income.

The indigenous communities that we have studied in schools, although some changed their name that endures to this day and try to preserve their traditions, roots and customs. Respecting them is asserting the proclaimed rights and trying to seek social integration, this speaks of a certain degree of maturity as a nation. Maybe we should start thinking that we are thanks to whom we were. And we were not only immigrants but also native peoples. In that mixture of customs and races is the cultural wealth of a nation.
