Through time, we have been submerged in constant evolution, not only in regard to living beings, but a wave of changes has been repetitively attacking our norms, rights, etymologies, political and in this case, the powers of the union, because we know, initially all power focused on one person, so that decision making was sometimes heavy and unfairly, that is why, thanks to this type of changes that are made Constantly the interest arises to discover a method of government that, while leading the peoples, had the necessary views with their freedom and their rights. Aristotle was one of those who expressed in due course the need to divide political power, so that this would end the absolute power that the monarch exercised, so that this power was later divided into three powers, in order to achieve a balance between the different functions of the State and, with it, guarantee the healthy relationship between temporal power and the governed society, in order to avoid the emergence of political absolutism possible.
In our country, power or government is divided into three large groups of people who meet to discuss the most important decisions about what happens in the different spaces of our society. These groups, or powers, which we know with the name of ‘Powers of the Federation”, are the Legislative Power, the Executive Power and the Judiciary.
The integration of the powers of the Executive Power in the country conforms to the general criteria of the presidential system. The president is the head of the Government, of the Public Administration and Head of the State who is elected universally directly through the vote for a certain time, which in the national case is 6 years since 1934, so it corresponds to the legislative power rests In an organ called: Congress, Assembly or Parliament composed of citizen chosen directly. With this essay it was intended to visualize the Mexican political system, particularly on the institutional change in what refer to the Executive Power, the Legislative Power and the Judiciary. Personally, I consider that making constitutional reforms, as was the principle that only fragmented power represents a guarantee for the freedom and security of the individual favors the function of democracy and guarantees that the government works more in favor of the Society, and although currently, certain discrepancies are manifested on the way in which the political system progresses and the way in which the three powers of the Union act, I believe that the main objective must be to obtain a positive advance from each individual from the individual of the society.
