In daily planning, different moments that occur within the establishment are reflected, to achieve the competencies of the teaching -learning process set in the CNB -based area class plan. For this reason, planning is based on 50 class plans, which is why it is necessary for each teacher to prepare their work plan according to the educational needs that occur in each establishment. Since we must verify the needs that students and learning qualities live in order to improve the student’s learning process.

Planning develops topics based on competencies, for this a daily plan was carried out, it worked applying significant learning since the student learns by building their own learning, the planning has: general information, competencies, achievement indicator, declarative, attitudinal and procedural content and methodological procedures, which are based on previous knowledge, new knowledge, exercise, implementation and evaluation so that at the end of the school year, students are prepared with the new knowledge that was acquiredin the course that was developed what had been planned.

Work Area Preparation

Profile of the group of students in relation to the context: 

From the first contact with students, observe that there are students who are participatory express their ideas very easily, but there are also students who have trouble expressing themselves and do not use their abilities to the fullest.

I could see that there are young people who do not practice values and I could observe various behaviors in the classroom, one of the difficulties they present is fatal of economic resources, that each student lives since this is a limiting for him to develop their skills at the time ofcarry out any research or elaboration of any job that the need to do.

Description of the proposed educational innovations:

To be able to socialize with students, it is necessary to use strategies, to achieve a better coexistence with them and improve, and facilitate the learning of each of them, for this use dynamics such as: Simon says, fruit basket, the loom, use, useImages to achieve student learning and so that the class is more creative and participatory to evalu. Also use as an instrument and evaluation as a checklist, since this tool is very effective in identifying the progress, which each student has achieved and the level of learning that is acquiring during the course of time.

During the development of formal practice, a diversity of issues were made individually in a daily planning with 50 periods already established, topics were prepared with the purpose of imparting these topics were to achieve significant learning in each student. Thus continues the week preparing the topics which are: language, types of language, oral language, written language, communication, communication processes, communication process elements.

The value that will be practiced is respect for which materials and dynamics were prepared where students had participation acquire various attitudes to strengthen values in each of the students. Values are fundamental in the daily life of each human being, such as respect since it is essential for the student to achieve a better coexistence in peace and harmony before society.

Resources and learning materials for the development of practice

The materials and resources are essential to provide good educational quality were important for the preparation of the different topics for this, books, markers, crayons, pad, internet, leaves, cards, according to needs such as cuts and drawings were used.

Through the different materials that were used, the learning of each student can be improved. Since there are many young people who learn better observing and achieve better learning for each of them, so resources is a tool, since resources stimulate attention from the senses to the students.

DEFINITION OF PROCEDURE AND ELABORATION OF EVALUATION INSTRUMENTS

To qualify the different evolution activities such as: Analysis, Comparative Table, PNI, Abstracts, Exhibitions, the following evaluation instruments such as the checklist were used, which contains the criteria to evaluate the student’s performance and see if we achieveThe competition plasma.

Execution of experiences in the application of educational innovation

As a teacher I had to put different strategies in the teaching -learning process, highlighting meaningful learning, for this it is necessary to carry out a series of different procedures such as the use of materials related to different topics that were taught, anotherOf the innovations was learning through group dynamics and the activities integrated to the plan such as the comparative table, the PNI, which facilitated us even more to impart the classes and they understood better the topics taught.

Experience in contextualization of content and procedures

During the practice process it is sought to relate the contents to the reality of the life of each of the students, for this we must first plan and then execute the teaching -learning process, we seek to achieve significant advances, for this they take various aspects of the plan givingapplicability to each of the parties that integrate it.

Experiences in approaching education in values

Working values was a new coexistence due to the different behavior changes that were observed in the classroom giving guidelines to the student to change behavior, explaining the various problems that are due to the low applicability of values, a thought was encouraged in the studentCritical and reflective where I began to observe a different behavior in each of the students which was a great satisfaction for me as a teacher to see the change in the students and as their own life and that of their classmates was transforming to such a degree thatThey corrected their mistakes without emotionally hurting.

Results obtained

The results obtained during the practice process were very satisfactory since the planned goals were achieved, making the attendeing students approve the Language and Literature Area. This includes the students who were present in all the activities carried out complying with everything that was indicated, more sensitivity and capacity for analysis were achieved and that they learned to live in different groups achieving an interaction and a better understanding of theclass, could see the great achievement that they obtained a better performance and was seen even in the way they performed their tasks and how they interpreted all their actions and companionship.
