Philosophy in the Renaissance
Introduction
It was a very important and transcendental era for philosophy, the Renaissance emerged with various ideas, mainly humanistic that passed since the end of the thirteenth century during the Middle Ages, and had its end in the seventeenth century. Why is it called Renaissance? Because during these two centuries, there is a renewed interest in the Greco-Roman world, a "rebirth" of ancient culture, especially for Plato’s figure.

This movement that began in Italy and expanded throughout Europe in the fifteenth century, promoted a renewed interest in classic knowledge and values. This thought has been of great importance for this time due to its great popularity and logic that it addressed, even today continues to have an essential impact for each and every one of us, because this new way of thinking emerged, something that is notcommon and undoubtedly benefits us all
The Middle Ages considered that God was above all things for being the creator of the universe. Thus, he was above man and that in turn, the latter, was above the societies that was his creation. The Renaissance did not solve only in a mere rebirth of the Literature or Greco-Roman philosophy or in a prosaic imitation of the artistic forms of antiquity. In addition to that concept that other appears, humanism, which completes the initial image that we are in a new time and, consequently, different from that, the old one, which was taken as an inherent model. Indeed, the renewal of culture was the most notoriously emphasized aspect of their own protagonists, those who first discussed rebirth.
The most important philosophers were Marsilio Ficino, Pico Della Mirandola, Giordano Bruno, Machiavelli, Campanella, Erasmo, Tomás Moro, Vives, Cornelio Agrippa among others. Each of them contributed something, and not just a small point to talk about, they contributed great thoughts that encouraged everyone to reason. The philosophy at that time opened a completely new panorama, we lived in total slavery, the people had no voice, people began to speculate and use their reason for reasoning. If it had not been for these philosophers we would not have had a full life, thanks to this type of thoughts we could open our eyes and defend ourselves.
The rigid system falls, society was in a way with greater freedom, they all had a new opportunity, one that gave them full and happy life. Politically, the emergency of the bourgeoisie continues. During the 16th century a wars period begins, which will continue throughout the seventeenth century. The political thinker par excellence of the Renaissance was, without a doubt, Nicolás Machiavelli, for many, the first political thinker of modernity.

The Renaissance is the consequence of an interest in the Greco -Roman past, with which it was sought to give life to the ideals that had inspired those peoples. From this movement the great figures emerged. It is the ideological and literary manifestation of the Renaissance. The Renaissance men worked with great enthusiasm in studying the works of antiquity, exploring ruins, exhuming manuscripts and saving valuable documents from their destruction.
