Pastive hunting as human activity
Hunting is a human activity that has been practiced since prehistory, it was the main occupation of man in these times. This illegality goes against the norms and protection of heritage, species and natural spaces.
This furtively hunting activity, harms protected legal assets, animals and also the population, because it generates diseases and pests. The breakdown of the norms executed by the poaching hunter, who even knowing that what he does is illegal, still performs it, only watching over his personal interest and that he is not caught when he performs a poaching, but not for the conservation ofThese animals. The poaching hunter performs his activity with contempt for third -party patrimonial interests.
Among the main factors for which it exists or contributes to this poaching, we find the tradition. These traditions that consist of the slaughter of animals, are carried out in some villages or islands, where the animal is protected by law and knowing this, they still do it, they see it as a traditional party of many years ago, in which in whichThere is a participation of the residents in these killings that contribute to the persistence of these traditions. A clear example where these traditions are presented and the contribution of the people in this one, occurs in the Faroe Islands, Denmark. Faroe is an autonomous country of the kingdom of Denmark, but this is governed by many of its laws. Thus, when there is a problem it is the Danish army that goes to the Faroe Islands to defend their interest. It is also Denmark that supplies some foods, such as milk and vegetables (Avatma, 2015). In these beautiful islands, something horrible happens every year, which fills the beaches of Feroe with red, the hunting of calderones and other dolphins begins for the month of June. This killing is normal for the fierce, and is considered a traditional party since 1584. Also, they are the same parents who lead their children to venture into these traditional festivals from a very young age. The fierces embark in search of these cetaceans in order to direct them to the beaches and embark them, they are accompanied by weapons such as knives, stones and garfios. In summary, the way that these dolphins are killed in the fierce islands, in addition to being painful, causes them a huge suffering. From the beginning when they are embarked by ships of the fierce, until even hours later, where they are massacred with the weapons that the fierce use, the dolphins come to suffer emotionally and physically. In conclusion, these traditions should not be allowed furtively, Denmark, by belonging to the EU, is prohibited from the slaughter of dolphins, the European Union should require the Feroe Islands to stop killing cetaceans to stick to European laws,since they receive subsidies from the EU.
