The joke of knowing the demography of your country, makes you plan strategies according to the needs of your inhabitants, as well as provide a panorama that allows preventing or anticipating needs or situations that could become problems later.
An example that proves how vital it is to know the demography of a country is the overpopulation that exists in Mexico, which is one of the greatest problems we face today today. It is proven that countries that have higher development rates are those that maintain lower growth rates, while countries with lower development are those that grow faster.
Something that we must understand is that while the population grows more than the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) or food production, the deficiencies of Mexicans will intensify. I could say that Mexico is a country that does not grow or develop properly because the government does not govern or implement policies according to the needs of the country. However, it is not only their fault, but also of the population, who does not have an awareness of the demographic aspects of Mexico, nor the impact they can bring in a few years.
