National Educational Policies Plan in Mexico

Introduction

The State is also part of the educational process, guaranteeing the rights of citizenship mainly in economic and social so that education is total, that is, all individuals have access to it and thus eliminate social inequality,orienting it to a better educational quality.

Quality education not only focuses on students acquiring knowledge, but what they learned within the classroom helps each one develop day by day in their environment and later in work. The educational transformation has assumed different content and modalities throughout history, since education systems are institutionalized and the right to education becomes a universal declaration of the rights of man of man.

The National Development Plan in addition to other aspects, reviews the needs in education since the federal government promised from the beginning to improve the material conditions of schools, guaranteeing the access of all young people to education andIn this way, reverse the so -called educational reform.

The SEP has the work of lifting schools and the Federal Executive, the Congress of the Union and the National Magisterium are in a process of dialogue with the purpose of building a different legal framework for teaching.

Developing

The document considers strategies and objectives that involve SEN, however, little changes can be visualized in relation to the axes of previous six years, prioritizing and wanting to capture footprint by the party, leaving aside a more attached proposal considering the educational problems andcountry needs.

Even when there is a general objective that proposes specific objectives in relation to gratuity and inclusion, relevance and some strategies that highlight the importance of the significant programs and plans, the quality of education and substantial of teaching professionalization, as well as theSearch for the permanence of young people in education, it is observed that the PND in Education only proposes an indicator called: “Efficiency of the educational system by level and type”, which only measures the number of students who graduate from a certain leveleducational in a school year, for every hundred students of the initial school cohort.Therefore, it is important to emphasize that there is an irregularity between the few established strategies and the problems identified with the proposed indicator.

This indicator will not allow to know how effective the decisions, actions and strategies implemented to correct the problems of the education sector were, since it shows the deficiencies that will be had and cannot be seen if the government action will negatively or positively impact on quality,It will only show specific data such as: if it remained, increased or decreased the number of graduates.

Quality education must be the basis to guarantee the standard of living and the right of all Mexicans, in this way it would contribute to national progress through the development of their knowledge, skills and capacity, promoting ethical and civic values that allow building aSolidarity and responsible citizenship.

It was expected that a clearer course in educational matters, with specific lines of action and strategies according to problems, leaving political discussions and the discourse to eliminate the so -called educational poor reform educational.In this PND, education is not considered as the means for excellence and less the way to promote equality, forgetting to guarantee children, youth and adults more educational options regardless of their social, economic, ideological, gender, ethnicity orreligion. This document presented only promises and obvious.

Perhaps the right to education is recognized, however there are problems to be able to make it come true, not enough progress has been made in this path.

An educational system must be based on national identity, in this way students will create a conviction above some discrepancy or difference without forgetting that we are all Mexicans with a shared present, history and destiny in common.

Mexico faces a search for new roads and long -term stability, which solution to growth and demand problems by the education sector, on the one hand the challenge of quality and technological progress and on the other globalization, it is of no use toYoung people have great access to information, but have the necessary tools to process it effectively, therefore, education must be linked to productive life and research.

The expectations of education should focus on planning and implementation, considering evaluation and monitoring as a clear, realistic, concrete and orderly strategy, with the necessary methods and resources.

It is true that educational reality is reluctant and complex to change, without a clutch, to give it a turn it is necessary to act from different areas to achieve a democracy in education and a more equal society.
