Méxican policy and as viruses have no ideology
The 1987, the writer Roger Bartra publishes for the first time, at the University of California in San Diego, a fundamental text called the crisis of nationalism. Despite the technological integration efforts of post -revolutionary governments, it was undeniable that this historical process was going to be presented at some time because the way in which Mexico of the twentieth century was developed. This would result in the integration of the technique science and philosophy to the forms of government. Nationalism as an ideological cause belongs to a series of mythical ideas that result in unattainable symbols, of course, transformed into social forms, structures and designs since the previous time the conquest. Those symbols are now useless for themselves.
Since the mythical will be replaced by the technique. That is the vision, that is the way of being objective to reality. Without a doubt, Mexico suffers at that time a transition that has nothing to do with political power. Not even with ideologies and even refuting Slavoj Zizek, it has nothing to do with a socialist idea and or think about the postmodern capitalist system.
The Mexican government headed by Andrés Manuel López Obrador celebrates the neoliberal crisis and the fall of the previous system. However, he does not know that the new government strategies and social structures only belong to the social and anthropological order of the people and not to the forms of government, that is: power will always emanate from the people, not an ideology. Roger Bartra draws us a route that passes from the crisis technocratic moderation towards the ironies of efficiency (speaking of the actions of politicians as we see now). Which is precisely the trap in which the federal government is falling, since there is a deep contrast between the facts of the objective reality and the ideological nature of its political movement. Politics cannot change natural reality and much less the nature of recent times. Viruses have no ideology. It is not necessary to establish that ideology can only be used to draw a critical route that will define the resolution of a problem. The great contrast is that the critical route has to be drawn every day in each circumstance. López Obrador’s government has incurred several contradictions, including public decision making on some events and then the denial of this same decision making. The federal government has not yet understood that ideology will not solve the deep problems of society and political structure. The clear example of this form of power is found in Oedipus Rey, remembering that the political structure emanated from a leader who had to solve a big problem. Seeing himself over the plague, the leader was replaced by a young man who managed to defeat the sphinx. Undoubtedly the Thebes government is supplanted by youth the audacity and intelligence of Oedipus. Without getting into the Freudian proposal of incest, just staying with power structure. This nationalism that can arise in Mexico from the crisis has to be one that integrates science and technology, not only that it is theoretical, but in practice properly manages the mechanisms of power. Perhaps a veiled name appears on the horizon, through that being entailed in the health structure of our country and that has managed to maintain order despite the crisis of the pandemic we are living. Hugo López-Gatell can undoubtedly be the following man in charge of this complex device that is changing every day and fits the innovations of a different time that is above ideologies. We will see if the time is conducive to the doctor and allows him to subsist the political traps of the immediate leaders close to López Obrador such as Marcelo Ebrard, Claudia Sheinbaum or Ricardo Monreal. Dr. López-Gatell is not naive. It already participated in political causes during the taking of C.OR. We still don’t glimpse your political facet. I think we must wait a little time for everything to change on the stage of power.
In politics, the Mexican who arises, after the health crisis we are living now, will be a different type. Even some studies mention that in this new Mexican there will also be a deep concern for health, for common well -being and, finally, by the institutions that manage the State. The Mexican of the future will no longer worry only about the present, it is also noting that the Mexican of the future will be someone who designed the future for the following generations.
