Literary review: Platero and I

The literary work entitled "Platero and I", focuses on studying the problems that are in the course of that era, published in 1914, the year in which it became one of the most read texts after said publication. The author Juan Ramón Jiménez tells us the life of a unique donkey and its owner in the development of 138 sections, subdivided into chapters where it can be highlighted, that in no fragment the eight paragraphs exceeds, it was adopted as a child reading, however, therefore it is describeda social controversy since it is actually reading for adults for its aspects, using exotic words. In this way, the work Platero and I, makes known various landscapes in which his interpreters unfold, is a particularity of the author since in his literary current he has as his axis the love towards nature and that is how Jiménez Plasma, inIf it is a compilation of each space that I observe during their trips.

This work is based on life, death, disease and happiness that platerus and I live in various fragments of the text. Jiménez raises "I", according to his characteristics as the narrator of the various adventures he experiences accompanied by his faithful friend Platero, described as the donkey that obtained the love of said narrator. It contains multiple anecdotes that live with his friend, where he is occasions he is cataloged as crazy, however he tells us the love of children for Platero, who even played with him walking on top of Platero, although the children thought he did not want to play with themBecause they were scared but in reality it was also having fun, but from this group of children a girl who worshiped him stands out and was always aware of this beautiful donkey.

The "Yo" of the text so specifically details his friendly friend his day to day even the deepest feelings, which is why he becomes in front of the reader in a book of descriptive content, since he narrates exactly what he sees andHis friend, both the place, time, space, as the weather looks among other aspects, one of the anecdotes that highlights most when Platero and I, is when they disguised themselves as Magi making happy those who met withThey, especially children to find an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. However, melancholic fragments are found since the death of some characters is present, which causes the reader sadness.

Finishing the work with fatal and sad outcome since the narrator’s friend and partner dies, leaving him in an atmosphere of deep loneliness, however a part of him was happy because now his faithful and beloved Platero is found in the sky of the animals,And so this text ends in detail the burial of Platero.
