Leadership Themes around HR Areas Student’s Name Institution For one to be a leader, which mostly is a calling, not only does the wordings proposed need to be visional but the actions also have to be in line with them. This document, therefore, dives into the leadership themes that I need to enhance. Improving my leadership skills for more visionary and accomplishable goals. Pursuing this improvement is a critical factor that would enable development in all individuals, those being led and I, and in the process, I expect a gradual increase of passion in leading. One of the themes that require improvement is public speaking. Since a leader usually is necessary to address an audience, some areas need to be adjusted as here is where the judgment of personal leadership traits begins. For a better public speaking, proper planning should be paramount. Before stepping forward for any presentation, like a catchy introduction before a movie or novel or any written material, the content to be availed needs to be catchy to me. First I have to feel the rhythm of facts, ideas and many more envisioned long-term and short-term goals. To achieve this, I need to look into structured communication methods. Creating slides of power points, doing slight rehearsals and researching on the topic at hand enables getting an idea of queries that may be posed by my audience.
