Introduction

Internal communication is fundamental in companies because it seeksFulfilling the goals that are proposed to reach both individual and group of the company, but in the same way it helps improve productivity.

Its way of communicating is dare of integrated communication that is both verbal and nonverbal, seeking coherence when saying things, but not all companies are aware when implementing solid, continuous and dynamic communication that involvesTo all members, for this reason human talent is the true engine that moves and produces the results of the company.

But why is human talent in organizations important?

Human talent management is a series of decisions about the relationships of employees that influence the efficiency of these and organizations. Human talent is important in the internal communication of organizations, because it helps achieve their objectives and mission, promote competitiveness, provides well -trained and motivated employees, allows the increase in self-realization and well -being, maintains the quality of life andIt establishes political ethics.

But when they leave it aside it is where the lack of harmony begins, becoming a tense environment and errors are produced within the tasks performed, not only is it reflected in the internal part because workers are also external public, which is whyIt is important to establish coherent communication to reflect a solid image. 

That is why internal communication should not be seen in one direction, but a two -way dialogue must be seen in order to know and satisfy the issuer and the receiver. In Colombia there has been a huge advance in internal communication in some companies, a clear example was reflected in Grupo EPM received a prize from the internal communication observatory in the past.

A group did an investigation in 2017 where they conducted 70 companies with the purpose of knowing the strategies and activities carried out in the internal communication of their companies. The result reveals that 75% of the companies surveyed have a communications area, but many said that the budget that is destined for this area when the organization is in crisis is the first to limit the budget.

Internal communication is fundamental in all companies, which is why it is important that you have a communicator in its work job where it implements its skills at the time of service, developing strategic plans that helps communicative transformation into the company inwhere an improvement is seen.
