          Developing

          The intelligence

Intelligence is important, and if we had the power to choose intelligence I think we would all choose to have a lot of intelligence to be able to develop in the different areas. According to Gardner (1993), he defines "intelligence as the existence of many different intellectual faculties or competencies, each of which can have its own development history".

What is intrapersonal and interpersonal ability or intelligence?Intelligence is not unique, but multiple and each of them are similar to talents. People are not more or less intelligent but are differently intelligent, some are more talented in certain areas and very little in others. Within multiple intelligences we have intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence.

          Intrapersonal intelligence

According to Johnson (2008), he says that "intrapersonal intelligence is the ability to access one’s own inner life, discriminate against themselves emotions, intuitions and perceptions and knowing their own strengths and limitations". Also intrapersonal intelligence is to know oneself, the weak and strong points of intellectual skills. In addition, intrapersonal intelligence constitutes personal competition itself, the way we interact with ourselves, it is also necessary.

On a personal level, knowing oneself costs us a lot, because we have to recognize our virtues and defects. Working in a state entity, they rotated to the OCI office, which at first felt annoyed, frustrated, because I did not see or felt that in that new area I could grow professionally. At first I could not handle my feelings of anger and frustration, but then react and analyze my anger and decidedI end up liking and passionate, the activities of my new work area, so I decided to grow professionally and began to study the professional career of law. In the end with this work experience, I identify, understand and process emotions and get the positive of that experience.

          Interpersonal intelligence

According to Johnson (2008), he says that "interpersonal intelligence is the ability to perceive and respond properly to the moods, temperaments, motivations and needs of other people". Also interpersonal intelligence consists in knowing other people and the relationship we have with them. It is very important to analyze, examine who we relate, especially when we give positive or negative opinions, allowing them to control and transform them into positive. In this sense, we must adapt our behavior according to the situations that arise, being aware that every response carries with them attitudes, feelings, desires and thus re -educate the negative aspects of the same.

On a personal level, understanding the feelings of others is still a bit difficult, being a very direct person that does not facilitate to understand others, because I only expressed what I felt regardless of the feelings of the other person. Working in the OCI one has to be in situations where you have to apply professional standards and ethics first of all. But sometimes people who are observed have a hard time accepting their lack, in the face of that situation they express themselves temperamental and their actions is not pleasant. In the development of this work I still learn to respect the behavior of others, I hear without altering their views that sometimes turns out to be indefensible, then I calmly express the response to their situation and we came to communicate more politely and cordially.

          The leadership

According to Iborra, Dasí, Dolz and Ferrer (2006), they report that “leadership is a kind of influence through which members of an organization can voluntarily collaborate to the achievement of objectives”. The leader is that person who influences the actions of other people, because they voluntarily decide to be directed by the leader. In this sense, the leader affects the behavior of other people and the company. Also, a leader has as a characteristic to have a high degree of intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence.

Why does the leadership include intrapersonal ability as the main input that a leader needs?

Intrapersonal ability is to know each other internally, to be able to separate our emotions and thus guide it properly, these skills will strengthen any objective drawn, including leadership. A leader needs to know each other, have the ability to understand and work being effective with oneself and be aware of our own needs and meet him in the best possible way. This intrapersonal ability will allow the leader to act efficiently, adapting to the changes more quickly and relating their own needs with the people who are in charge of it, in such a way that it will intelligencely address the situations presented to it. Leaders who have this intrapersonal ability developed, are highly appreciated in the entities, because they are able to use their abilities optimally, otherwise if a leader does not cultivate these intrapersonal skills, they can hardly guide or guide the people who are in their environment.

What kind of leadership am I?While it is true there are several types of leadership, but the type of leadership I assume that I am is democratic, because accepting the opinions and ideas of the other members is important when making decisions in the face of the problems that arise,In this way the members are motivated. Practicing this type of leadership resulted in decisions being effective and precise, since no leader is an expert in all areas, being the contributions of the experiences and knowledge of the basic people for decision making. This type of leadership helps me because I can interact with the people I work in my environment, where we can all participate and collaborate as a team and make the best decisions. According to Agüera (2004), he argues that with “the democratic leadership is created an environment that allows the participation of subordinates in decision -making and in the design of work methods, the interactions between the leader and his subordinates are friendly, friendship,This makes its communications characterize by being frank and spontaneous, which allows retrospective evaluations ”.

How does leadership flow in the organization which I belong?

I currently work in a state institution, leadership in these institutions of the State implies discipline, responsibility, respect and much teamwork. In the OCI area, the boss in charge is a person where he adopts a situational leadership style, which is according to the situations that arise with an adequate level of maturity. The boss defines the functions and tasks for each of the members of this area, carrying them out and observing that the final result is a success and annually programmed control activity and action. It promotes participation, collaborates with the work teams according to those of the activities and control action, also the boss gives specific instructions to each working group and supervises them to evaluate the needs of each of them, choose a solutionmore appropriate and use this form of leadership to achieve the final objective. According to Blanchard (2007), he defines the “situational leadership as an effective approach to the management and motivation of people, because he opens the communication and promotes the alliance between the leader and the collaborators that he supports and which they depend on” on which they depend ”on.

How to energize your leadership in the deed of organizational culture? In the area I work, I am in charge of a person with whom we work together to obtain positive results, in the development of the research work of the activities and control actions carried out in the OCI. In this work environment I try to attend my partner, so I can perform more because he is learning everything related to this area, as well when he arrives for the first time, because all at first are not trained to perform a certain task. Coexistence and group work encourage a commitment to achieve the objectives of the entity, being one of them training and providing information to be able to perform more efficiently. While it is true not everything works good at first, but communicating constantly and expressing our ideas we can make everything work better. According to Fernández & Sánchez (1997), he mentions that “the organization’s culture has gained ground in the field of research and not a few consider it as a variable with great explanatory capacity of the dynamics organization. Both theorists and practices suggest that, improving organizational culture, it contributes to increasing competitiveness and avoiding decline ”.

          Conclusions

Each of the interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences are independent of each other, each person can also present greater skill in certain areas and inability in others, but it is necessary to use them all at the same time to be able to solve problems and create new ideas.

The leader of the future must have characteristics based on the optimal combination of emotional intelligences where intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligence play an important role.

Not only is a collection of theoretical knowledge necessary to be able to adapt to the new ones or to the changing situations of our environment, but also to know how.

While leadership is true from the perspective of emotional intelligence is based on knowing ourselves, what are our abilities, our limits; In this way, knowing allows us not to react passionately and make the best decision in all the time, a bad action can generate distrust in the leader.

The joint work of leadership and organizational culture will lead to the success of an organization.
