Imperialism and Capitalism, the provocatives of world wars

Imperialism is that a nation demonstrates its political control over a people or a state, through force (colonization), or by economic, cultural and political influence. During the great war, imperialism was an important cause of the conflict. After the second industrial revolution, the great European powers, needed to find new markets outside their territory and raw materials for their industries. So the Berlin and Europe Conference was developed the African continent. Germany, who arrived late at the cast, failed to have as many colonies as the other powers such as the British Empire, French Empire, Belgian Empire, Italian Empire and Russia. The United States and Japan also had some colonies. In these times there was the rivalry of having greater political and economic power through expansion, dominance and control in Europe. And this rivalry could only be resolved through the arms race among the countries. The armed peace begins, the main sides of the war are formed (the triple entente and the triple alliance and the murder of the archduke occurs. With this last event, the great war officially began, however, the desire to have greater control and power of nations took the continent to the increase in tensions between them and to the economic and political rivalry between the European powers that triggered the greatWar.

During World War II, imperialism was again a causative factor of the conflict. After the harsh conditions imposed on Germany at the end of the Great War, German society was with a collective feeling of dissatisfaction and disapproval. Adolf Hitler took advantage of this situation to demonstrate his entire colonizer eagerness. Hitler was aimed at bringing Germany again as an important power of the continent. The German political leader watched as England, managed to have great economic power through the exploitation of natural resources of their colonies. Hitler wanted to do the same, in European terrestrial territories. So its imperialist policy in Europe began, threatening and invading several nations. It is important to note that its imperialist ideology was accompanied by doctrines of racial superiority, which was a characteristic feature of the colonizers of imperialism.

Now capitalism could be seen as a cause of the two world wars. World War I was a worldwide contest is the imperialist stage of capitalism. It was a war decide to annihilate the economic and military capacity of the rivals. Governments called workers to participate in war. The desire to develop the economic system of capitalism in other markets, led to imperialism, which triggered the great war. After the great war, capitalism in Europe and the desire to maintain greater economic control was maintained and motivated Germany to start an expansion again to return to power.

For all what Imperialism and Capitalism said previously, the world wars did cause. Its effects can be seen to this day. The United States was one of the first countries to become and establish its reputation as a world power to this day. It was followed by new countries that were also established as powers. At present, although there is no longer colonialism from important countries, there is a form of competition between nations. Countries always aim to achieve political, economic and military hegemony. Its expansionist policy has stopped, however, the career of having greater power in the world, continues in development until today. On the other hand, imperialism defined new nations after the war and highlighted the importance of the rights of an independent people or state. Capitalism is adapted by several countries today that allows them to develop their economic influence in the world. You can see how imperialism a superior form of capitalism, due to economic influence imperialism demonstrates.
