The French Revolution was a rebellion against the tyranny of the old regime, which began a democratic government and the abolition of tithes, feudalism and stately privileges. During 1648 the English crown tried to unify the thirteen colonies in a single unit of government, which was rejected, producing the first rebellion, on a large scale against the king creating the constitution signed in Philadelphia.
Both were intended to dissolve political ties, on the one hand, the thirteen colonies wanted the total separation of the British crown and the French revolution sought to eliminate the old regime, which was the absolute power managed by King Louis XIV.
