Identity, Tolerance and Exclusion: Qualities of society
The diversity of students in the schools of the different educational levels is enough, therefore the way they learn is also different and therefore as teachers our teaching must be focused on training apprentices, independent, creative, with the ability to givesolutions to problems of their daily lives, but above all to educate with values so that students learn to relate and interact in the multiple contexts in which it develops.
It is time that as individuals show that in life there is a white and dark side, or positive or negative, but that it is the responsibility of each one to decide on which side wants to be.
Since past times it has been observed how differences in gender, race, color, sexuality, etc. And how these have brought exclusion and discrimination, which cause insecurity, isolation, inferiority in vulnerable groups (women, indigenous, color men, older adults, HIV patients, among others).
While it is known, institutions and programs have been created that help if not to eradicate whether to reduce these problems of unjustified racism, exclusion and discrimination, not only at the individual, local or national level, but this can be seen with international organizations such as theWHO, UNESCO that its main function is to take care of the rights of all citizens universally.
It is known that before there were the aforementioned organizations between countries by power, economy, etc., They were more serious and that they were created in order to regulate or regulate relationships and the way of protecting themselves as citizens and nations, since it is well known that previously with the arrival of capitalism and industrialization the most powerful (countries and people) humiliatedTo the poor or weakest (channel 22, 2017) and it is not that it does not happen now, but that there are federal and international laws and institutions that care for the rights of citizens, decreases the problem and favors the eradication of the great negatives thatgives racism, discrimination and exclusion.
This is how for the specific case of Mexico, as mentioned by José Luis Soberanes F. (2010) Mexico needs to add efforts to change the tolerance, rejection or contempt environments in their society and thus reduce hate crimes, which represent the most brutal manifestation of homophobia to everything that is different.
It is not possible that for you to be well treated you must be white, have a stable economy and a documented education, it is known that the contexts and possibilities of all are not always equal, therefore as human beings we must respect and be tolerant to whatDifferent, but from a sense of identity, that is, identifying the other and ourselves, collaborating with everyone so that inertia leads us all to have a better quality of life and not want to be or have more than the other. Hence the beginning of violence for competing and always wanting to win and be the best and superior.
It is very important that from the school environment we are making collegiate proposals with our classmates to prevent students from their economic or color condition, not because something is lost in the hall we immediately blame the one who has less or that ifSomeone is harassed that it is because it is homosexual, let’s show with an example of values such as tolerance, respect, care and affection to our students that we are not part of stereotypes and that we respect the inclusive diversity, where inequalities onlyThey are in the minds, that if we will not achieve an immediate change, if it will be continuous for the culture of peace to be a way of life and not just a yearning.
The proposal is that we give the student all the value and respect that we deserve and make them proud of what they are and what they have, recognizing that the roots are our biggest treasure.
