History and evolution of the Dominican voice
Introduction
Television is one of the most influential media in recent years is the most used means of communication, it has great influence on the behavior of the individual and even more of the children. This television phenomenon is one of the media that presents multiple facets of general interest for any individual.
In the nineteenth century a series of scientists made the first communications on cathode ray tubes, after this they perfected a photoelectric cell based on the discovery of these scientists who responded to light changes.
In 1910 a Russian originality scientist made the discovery of receiving images through a Brain tube with an electrical vision system in which a transmitter is connected with the cathode ray tubes receiver to transmit the images.
History
Television goes back to Galileo Galilei and his telescope. Dominican TV

The Dominican Republic thus became one of the first countries of Latin America in possessing a television system called Radio Televisor La Voz Dominicana, on channel 4 inaugurated on August 1, 1952.
We are the 4-Latin American country in possessing television. Only Argentina, Mexico and Cuba had this system. At first the TV had no educational or informative programming, it only entertained, because everything was subject to the Trujillista regime. Television has been the invention with more transcendence in recent centuries since it is a means of communication that to date has continued to evolve. Today it is the most used means in the world giving us the sale of informing and educating instantaneously and precisely.
