High level of deforestation in Paraguay
Doesn’t it bother you when you have to use tapaboca all the time thanks to a bad cold? Or when you wake up one day freezing for the change of unexpected climate, you see yourself with warm clothes and 2 hours later you die of heat again? These facts are very common among Paraguayans, many will ask why? And the answer is very simple, it is nothing more than our country suffers from an evil that affects us directly and indirectly: deforestation.
Paraguay is the one that has deforested the most in America from 1990 to 2015, according to a FAO report. Despite this, 5.000 complaints in five years, practically none had a sentence, according to WWF representative in the country.
What can we do to prevent a classmate from cold? Can we do something against this?
Of course we can do against this, we must express against the Government, there are several environmental organizations that fight against deforestation in our country, an example is "to all lung, Paraguay breathes", which on June 12 launched the movement and initiative #Yovotoporlosbosques, calling citizens to defend our Chaco and thus achieve the repeal of Decree 7702, which was signed by President Horacio Cartes in September 2017, to allow the deforestation of the legal reserves of forests.

If we continue to ignore this, there is a high probability that the Chaco is only a beautiful memory of our country before the catastrophe that we will tell our descendants with the help of an oxygen tank, since we will not have trees that help us breathe, are.They want that to be the future for our future generations?

With every day that passes there are more and more notes in the newspaper about the unstoppable deforestation in our country and the unconsciousness of our government about it.
