Having a good medical service should not be considered as a privilege, but a right to human life.

The attention in the EPS has been increasing due to the collapse in health systems, that is, to the high number of users, because having few professionals and few resources;Resources that are affected by payments to EPS, because if the IPS do not comply with the supply of money to EPS it is almost impossible to give good attention to each of the users. That is why it becomes more than necessary to investigate what happens to each of the contributions of Colombian people who are discounted monthly by payroll their contribution to health, since it is almost incomprehensible as there is no capital, if it is almost 50% of people who have a business contract.

The institutions providing health services have within their purposes to provide comprehensive services, with social, human, community sense, have adequate management of financial and technical-scientific human resources to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of users andhis family.
