This work will explain how intellectual property is developed, refers to the protection of intellectual creations, that is, it has to do with the recognition given to the creators of original inventions, whether intangible as well as physical for a whiledetermined to benefit from them, giving protection of goods and materials from the effort of the human being according to the terms established by the Organic Law of Regulation and Control of Market Power and the Organic Law of Communication, being recognized in different countriesTo legalize any invention.

Intellectual property is a very important issue, but unfortunately most people are not at all, which is why writers have developed books allowing the reader to an easy understanding of the subject.

Developing

Intellectual property has to do with the inventions of literary and artistic works, symbols, names, images, drawings and models used in commerce, it is for this reason that national and international laws have been created to protect the private property of inventors.

The Organic Law of Market Power Regulation and Control, this law protects consumers, entrepreneurs and especially small and medium producers of the abuse of the economy by the owners of large companies, leaving clear rulesand transparent, to compete fairly to achieve its objectives and not in a dishonest or unfair way. While the Organic Law of Communication aims to protect, guarantee and regulate the constitutionally established administrative part, allowing free expression to citizens.

Intellectual property is a legal discipline that protects the original, literary, artistic or scientific creations, expressed by any tangible or intangible means that are invented, it also protects the rights of artists, interpreters, etc.

Intellectual property is divided into two categories:

Industrial property: it is possible.

Copyright: It is a set of legal and heritage norms that includes literary works such as novels, poems, paintings, plays, movies, etc. It also includes the rights of interpreter artists, in addition advertisements, maps, technical drawings and radio and television programs.
