Being sensitive is a real privilege if we achieve from our first years of life identify that our way of perceiving emotions is a peculiar.

  4. Learn to value yourself as a highly sensitive person, use your empathy and know how to recognize similarities in friends that will give your friendship and affection.
  5. Forget about repressing or disguising your feelings of friendship, just avoid being exaggerated with your gestures, dose your appreciation and affection.

 

Always keep in mind that we coexist with people, sensitive, little sensitive, insensitive and highly sensitive and we all go through circumstances that are not entirely pleasant, the trick is to face and master the situation as a complex that seems like.
