Also psychoanalysis, in my view, helps a person perform a self-assessment and introspection about their thoughts, drives, memories and traumatic events that remained in this world as extensive as the unconscious and therefore the patient can perform a catharsisof everything he has put within his unconscious. The unconscious according to my perspective, has always existed in the human being, which is linked to what Freud has said, it is magnificent to think that there is a "side" so to speak where we keep enough situations and thoughts that are not politically correct withinA society that judges everything from values to behaviors and therefore these are repressed in the most hidden of our mind, what we call unconscious.
