Evaluation of work risk in the Ecuadorian state
Introduction.
This work has as a priority to establish effectively and truthful about occupational risks in our Ecuadorian state, the AT (accidents at work) and EP (occupational disease) are within the workplace, as at the time of transfer. We see that in our state organs changes have been established in relation and for the benefit of the worker establishing parameters to the employers.
The Ministry of Labor is one that is responsible for ensuring the realization of established laws.
When looking for a conceptualization that manages to define what occupational risks are, we can say that this is based on the damages that occur when making a task, whether inside or when mobilizing to the work area.

In the Constitution of Ecuador in articles 33, it establishes that work is a usual right and obligation, it is considered that this is part of economic law, it is the one who grants a worthy living to workers. Consequently and in legal system we can say that occupational risks are events in which the worker is exposed, remember that occupational accidents (AT) (PF) according to the art are considered. 347 of the Labor Code.

At present we see that they have been divided into:
- Security risks.
These risks are those that cause injuries suddenly. An example could be hot areas. (Risk at work.)
- Chemical and biological risks.

- Chemical hazards.
These are components that cause damage to our environment, they can be located in the air, although they are rarely visible, they enter our body, it is those that can induce a professional disease (Achs Center) as an example we have:Toxic gases, vapors, smoke, etc. We currently see that Ecuador is inverse in the Covid – 19 pandemic, this is a virus to which the worker is exposed, therefore the patterns are in need of safeguarding their employees.
- Biological risks.
Living bodies would be part of a biological risk, since these are causes of evils. Among these we can observe: viruses, microorganisms, mold, etc. (Biological risks (biological accidents))
- Ergonomic risks.
They are based on the bad manipulation of machinery and devices, it is this action that causes damage. As for example, we would say the mutilation of hands, arms, etc. The causative components of these damages can be: duplication, huge power, strange attitude, direct imposition.
- Other health risks.
Here they are understood that they are the least possible, which are very influential in the work area such as: extreme temperatures, air pollution, sound, stress.
- Normative.
In Ecuador there are entities that are responsible for ensuring the right of workers as we see: National Security Law, Labor Code, General Work Danger Insurance Regulation, which welcomes the worker and cares for the well -being of this.
- General Occupational Risk Insurance.

General Risk Insurance Coverage to Workers
This facilitates the functions in favor of prevention, such as medical and healthcare services. Employer responsibility for work risks.
