Ethics of recycling and current environmental situation
Introduction

We assume these resources, using and discarding materials without thinking. Very often, we forget that these resources are not only ours to use, but are destined to last a long time for the coming generations. On the path of material and technological progress, we often forget that we are responsible for what we are creating and destroying in the process. We consume plastic products such as containers, straws, wraps, cutlery, etc.
Because of this today, the planet has become more densely populated, contaminated and less green, compared to what was 20 to 25 years ago. But who is responsible for this? We, as a race, have to assume responsibility, since no other living creature could have achieved this in such a short time. The damage is already done and we can no longer allow ourselves to look the other way. Otherwise, future generations will have to pay a huge price for what we are doing. Each of us is moral and
ethically to restore a certain amount of balance that we have destroyed in the world that we inhabit. If everyone takes this commitment seriously and make a conscious effort, we can help undo some of the damage we have created, although not all.
Considering the current condition of our environment and depleting natural resources, the importance of recycling cannot be underestimated. For example, when buying and using recycled plastic, we make sure that less new plastic is needed and that more old plastic of the elimination system is diverted. This is important because plastic is not biodegradable and creates a lot of toxin when burning or buries. By recycling more of our things, we are also reducing our waste, therefore, reducing pollution and costs involved in the elimination of our waste in landfills and incinerators.
