Ethical quality and honesty in people
We are very few honest and ethical people who still live in the world and that we do not like to deceive and deceive people with false things.
What is honest? And what is ethics?
Being honest comes with well -founded principles, either rooted from the deepest of each human being and consists in not doing evil, or causing harm to being human whatever. An honest person is one who works for the common good, who is performing a position of rank that is, he is never thinking about how I am going to steal a weight of the pattern or the state;Regarding a service to the State and manage resources, that is more serious, because those few resources are from the people and that should never be touched, they must be respected, they are health resources, education, drinking water, ofbasic sanitation, etc, etc., so those resources must be respected.
The honest mayor, that does works for his people who chose him, leaves works for his community ..
The dishonest, that only thinks of getting to a position of those with the sole purpose of taking over, of staying with the few resources that come to your municipality, that is thinking every moment where I can take hand, where can I steal from themillions that I invested in the campaign. That is why it is said that our country is the most corrupt in the world, we have the most thieves and shameless representatives in the world, they are those who make the laws and therefore for them there is no punishment.
Now let’s talk a little about ethics, the ethical being has to do with the profession you have and you have to perform it very well, without doing strange things that go against your profession. The engineer is not ethical who, knowing that to make that bridge, he has to use very good quality materials and does not, the lawyer who knowing that the person he is representing is a vile thief or murderer is not ethical and defends him as he defends it asif it wasn’t;The doctor who knows that he cannot perform that operation is not ethical because he does not have the experience required for it and does so and the patient can die;It is not ethical what the contractor does when knowing that he must give quality food for those children of La Guajira, or Del Choco, or Nariño and does not do so because he wants to keep the money of those children.
Our country is plagued by dishonest and antiotic people and many of them are found as representatives of the Senate, the House of Representatives and the Government. Had they seen? Our representatives are the most thieves, who represent us.
Colombia is a country where they specialize, they make a master’s degree to steal … They make us look bad at the few that remain and have a bit of being honest and ethical.
In one way or another they steal people with deception and false promises of all kinds. There are people who with so much effort have managed to make a few pesos and for the need to a home or a lot of land give their savings to that person who tells them to sell that lot or housing at a very good price and the person very confident deliveryTheir resources and when they realize it is too late, they have stolen them, they have fallen into the hands of one or several scamming people and the worst and what gives me sadness is that we live in a country where there is no law or the law existsBut it is useless. They can already have the thief in their hands and look what they do?. They give him a house by jail, they reward the thief, they take party, they take him to color, they take wiski, women and everything he asks ..
They will have seen this? For all these dishonest things is that one day I wrote something about death penalty for every white collar thief and corrupt, yes for every thief.
I have learned a lot from my great friend Miguel Ángel Cornejo, about what is worth being honest and ethical. For us that we want to learn to be honest and ethical comes as a ring to the finger everything that speaks in their master classes.
It teaches us that ethics produces extraordinary results;For us that we want to have an excellent company or website and that we want to attract our customers, because we must learn to be very ethical and honest. How are we going to make it? Well, demonstrating to our clients that we are people to trust, that we are good people, that the little we have achieved we have done with much effort and sacrifice.
The companies that have shown to have ethics, those companies are the ones that have excelled and those that will last over time.
If we really want to build a better world, let’s start from our homes to teach our children that they should never steal a weight in life, that what is not mine, that is respected, that we must learn to do good things and that we must be veryEthical and professionals with the profession we play as humble.
Gentlemen we must be honest and very ethical people if we really want to succeed in our businesses, let’s never deceive the client with a lie, we do not deceive him with false things, that is very bad.
We must learn to do the best. We who are in this story of marketing. Just as there are people who like to do things honestly and ethically, there are people who are the opposite and in the world of marketing there are also.
In the Internet world there are people who work hard and honestly, so there are also people who are dedicated to creating the famous viruses to damage your computer, your web company or otherwise there would not be the famous antivirus. There are companies or group of people always do evil to the Internet and there is another group that tries to counteract that and that is why they are dedicated to the creation of antivirus, if there were not, your computer and computers of a company would run the risk ofBeing damaged and all your work would be lost in a few seconds. All why? For a group of dishonest who know nothing about ethics, they will know how to steal, but they have nothing ethics.
The most cruel and hard of all this is that they are people who have gone to a university to prepare with a degree, who had all the ideas of making a career with the sole objective of helping their people, their family and along the wayThey meet people who damage their thinking and hook them on the bad way, they are dedicated to do evil and that dream they had is destroyed.
Some do it because the same society damages them by not giving them the opportunity to perform in a job and that is why they choose to do bad things, I have learned that as a psychologist, they have told me several people who have had the opportunity to talk to meand that they are on the wrong way. "Society didn’t give me a chance," they told me. You can be big and change your course, it’s what I have tried to teach them. Some have left that bad path.
Today I want to refer to young people, do not get carried away by euphoria, leave those bad things, do not let themselves be influenced by that bad friend who only wants to take you to drug use or do dishonest things.
We are people who can get ahead working honestly, doing good, dedicating ourselves to do things that make us feel good and proud before our parents, friends and society. We can dedicate ourselves to teaching what those people who want to learn from us. If I am an athlete I can dedicate myself to helping others to do sports and do not fall into drug claws. If I am a person who has discovered that I am very good to perform as a dance instructor or a dance, I can do it, that is to make the difference, this is where we have to use our emotional intelligence to help transform our society for theGood of all.
