Emotional Intelligence in Personal Projects

In this essay he spoke of what I learned and how I will apply it in my personal projects, applying emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence has intrapersonal components, that is, their own and that depend absolutely on it, such as self-concept, self-awareness, assertiveness, independence and self-actualization. It also has interpersonal components that occur in interaction with others, such as empathy, social responsibility and interpersonal relationships. In addition, it has adaptability components, such as reality test, flexibility and problem solving. Stress management components, such as stress tolerance and impulse control. And finally, components of mood and motivation, among which optimism and happiness stand out. (Abuhadba, 2012).

  • What knowledge did I acquire?

I am a little clearer that is emotional intelligence, which would become the sum of self-control, self-knowledge, self-motivation, and empathy.

Having greater knowledge of these areas, gives me greater personal capacity and better management in my interpersonal relationships, greater capacity to influence others, and consequences, greater security, to realize my personal projects.

  • How did I apply them?

One way I applied what I learned, was to change my way of thinking and learning to act in a methodical way thus reoriented my goals and actions.

I try to have cognitive, emotional and positive habits, since he created they have the advantage that they emotionally stabilize me in my personal growth, since they are capacities that allow me to observe all external circumstances.

Improving my knowledge I can move forward with my short and long term goals.

  • What did I learn from me?

I learned that the more positive emotions have about myself, the greater the understanding of the feelings of others, to be motivated without having an external motivation, to have a healthy conscience of me, a more or less successful vision when it comes to the time ofvalue what I can get, in short, I am learning to handle my feelings and adapt them with emotional intelligence.

  • What did I learn from my classmates?

I learned to express myself through fellowship, I feel that as well as me it helped us to express ourselves with more confidence, I learned to be empathic with them as they are with me, in my work team we handle ourselves in a respectful and assertive way forget to the development of tasks.

  • From emotional intelligence, how can I develop a life plan?

I know that self-motivation makes me motivated without external motivation, this is a great advantage for my future projects already generates autonomy and proactivity.

Being an optimistic key to the achievement of my future goals, since they will help me eliminate my negative reactions if it will meet unfavorable facts and allow me to have hope to succeed in my projects, having an internal engine that depends less on the environment andGive an emotional freedom free of external toxic agents.

Having knowledge about what prompted me and what slows me down, I will better have the ability to motivate myself.

We are on the way to learn and apply everything learned in these 5 weeks of knowing and applying emotional intelligence in everyday.
