Effects of video games on children and adolescents

I have chosen this issue and this work with reference to video games and their effect on children and adolescents, since, in my opinion it is a very current topic, which millions of children and adolescents being affected or benefited by this topic. In addition, it is an issue that I feel that I have lived first hand, because I spent long hours in front of the TV playing with the playstation or in my room with games on my phone. This is why analyzing different studies regarding the effects of video games with studies and research caught my attention and also that with some of the research that this work I feel identified and I could affirm that some consequences, positive and negative,Given in this they spend for so much time playing with video games affect me on a day -to -day basis.

The investigation carried out by Moncada Jiménez, José;Chacón Araya, Yamileth of the University of Costa Rica, in general, aims to show different studies, research and data regarding the negative and positive effects of video games on social, psychological and physiological aspects of children and adolescents. In my opinion, this work is quite impartial with respect to whether video games are bad or good, since, they simply show research and their results. But in some disagree or support, because I put my experiences and how I have affected video games in my life, for example, when they talk about the study of the direct relationship between time and dedicate to video games and not do tasks or tasks orStudy, in this I agree, since, I procrastine a lot to play video games and stop doing important activities such as studying or sports. But there are times when I do not agree, for example, when it is mentioned that violent video games generate violence. This in my opinion is not entirely correct, that is, if a child or adolescent without disorders or pathologies with inclination to violent behavior you put a violent video game, there is no need for it to generate violent behavior. However, if you put a child or adolescent with any inclination to this type of behavior without treating, if you can develop these harmful attitudes and cause as murders have been seen in schools or their families.
