Effective leadership as an organizational strategy

Introduction

In the epic poem the Iliad written by the ancient Greek Homer is about a prohibited love story. The conflict was that Prince Paris of Troy visits Sparta and falls in love with Helena the wife of King Menela and Paris;He ends up escaping with his wives which causes a war between the Trojans and the Greeks. The Greeks decided to attack the impressive strength of Troy which had never been penetrated to recover the beautiful Helena.

On the side of the Greeks there was an impressive armed with skilled warriors like Achilles who had been blessed by the gods, for their fighting ability and apart from this the Greeks had countless resources. However, these extensive qualities that the Greeks had was not enough to transfer the Trojans’ defenses. After ten years of combat, the Greek general with the name of Ulysses decided to take action to end the war. 

Ulysses developed a unusual war tactic to pretend withdrawal and hide the entire Navy on a huge wooden horse. The Trojans saw the abandoned Greeks camp and only saw a wooden horse;The Trojans assumed that by winning the war the gods gave them that beautiful wood size and decided to put it into the city to preserve it as a trophy. At that moment it was when they lost the war because the Trojans did not realize that they opened the door to the enemy.

 When the darkness of the night came the Greeks left the horse to attack while the Trojans were asleep and helpless. Thanks to Ulysses’s tactics, the victory that failed to achieve it in one night and with this anecdote you can see the great impact that a leader can cause to achieve objectives in an effective way.

A good leader is necessary for us, for others and for the planet. Everyone has to live up to leadership challenge. In the center of a useful life is leadership: we find the sense of directing our lives, expressing our opinions, address even the smallest but more important problems and being valuable and not a burden for others. Take a step forward and be a leader is an extremely valuable experience for everyone. 

Developing.

Exercising leadership is like letting our reason for being flowing through our veins. It helps us better understand ourselves and the role we want to play in the world. It helps us to improve more and more at the height of our own values and expectations. Leadership helps us live our own lives, not the life of others. Leadership is making decisions and assuming responsibility.  It has little to do with glory and fame, money and status. 

Being a leader is not an easy job leaders need courage, they must have an open, reflective and positive mind. They need to make difficult decisions: be aware of themselves with high self-control;These are qualities that lead us far, that help us to succeed in personal life as well as in the professional. Leadership is not a role to be a leader is a mentality and an attitude, acting and living which can produce outstanding results and incredible careers.

Ethical leadership consists in fighting for the same goal and incorporating the same purpose, values and vision. An ethical leader works to create an open conversation and a work practice that encourages the exchange of ideas, knowledge and vision to share the benefit of learning.  The leader must also force others to follow the example that she establishes according to the standards that are reflected in the way they live, influence and inspire. An ethical leader is someone who embodies the purpose and values of the company, organization or team for which he works or directs.

This leader is obliged to perform at its best and forces others to do the same. Maintain a solid professional and personal ethic marks an ethical leader as someone who stands out of the crowd. To be an ethical leader, the ability to be open, honest and direct in all situations and with all kinds of people is required.

Conclusions.

 The most important thing is that being a leader can make great people, however, we depend on our values and our ability to live up to the leaders. The question is what are the skills, techniques and skills that can guide us to become a leader. Ethical leadership is much more than understanding the correct values or having a strong character that preaches with the example. An ethical leader not only has high values and the determination to succeed, but also understands the importance of creating a solid frame that allows others to follow the established examples so that everyone benefits. 

 Analytical skills are defined as the ability to divide problems into parts to see relationships or interdependencies. Managers with analytical skills plan well and direct projects successfully. They can precisely forecast financial results and develop plans to meet goals and objectives. Analytical leaders are recognized for their natural ability to analyze information using their critical thinking skills. They develop in races that others can find challenging, since they operate and even absorb
