Discrimination and change of education for equality
Introduction

According to (National Human Rights Commission, 2012) discrimination is a social phenomenon that violates dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people. This is generated in social uses and practices among people and with the authorities, sometimes not aware. All people can be discrimination. Taking as an example with the event that occurred in Ecuador, on October 3 of this year, where the indigenous people were discriminated against part of the ministers and the current president Lenin Moreno, controlling the media to a large extent, not transmitting the true realitywhich happened in those days, however, the indigenous people being the Protestants in seeking a solution to a problem that would be affected in much of the country, despite all discrimination knew how to maintain control.
The situation above is an example in how discrimination is an approach where equality of people’s rights should be applied, therefore, the change in education for equality is of the utmost importance. “The education program for all is based on the conviction that public policy can work a radical change in educational systems and their relationship with society, if there are political will and resources, and that national policies andIts implementation processes must emphasize inclusion, literacy, quality and capacity development.”(UNICEF, 2009)
Education plays a central role in the transmission of these values. Educational centers, free time spaces, sociocultural animation or volunteer, are immersed in a society in which women and men relate according to rules of behavior that define, depending on their sex, what should be done and howIt must act. (Raquel Ocaña Carrasco, 2008), therefore education is key to developing the same and change, by teaching values by improving attention and education in children from an early age and satisfying the educational needs of all young peopleand adults through equal opportunities in access to adequate education and practical education for life.
Children need opportunities to understand what their rights and duties are, what are the limits that impose on their freedom the rights and freedoms of others and how their actions can affect the rights of other people. (Rosa Balco G., 2006). This covers an education for everything (ET) being emphasis on quality education regarding the coexistence of educational systems and in their relationship with the environment and the participation of society.
From the point of view of participation, schooling in schools or special groups, permanently, should be an exception, and it should be ensured that the curriculum and teaching that is offered equivalent as much as possible to those that are taught in theSchools for all. (Rosa Balco G., 2006)
