Development Model for the Venezuelan Educational System
It is evident that Venezuela builds a development model for the educational system with all its elements the community and society and they implement a sphere with the articulator of the new political, social and cultural matrix that the country is generating.
In relation to the constitutional postulate and in accordance with the principles of education and physical education of the country, an “education for all” is advocated that meets the basic needs of each person, where it intends to provide comprehensive training that harmoniously addresses andpermanent in children to maturity, to facilitate the increase in cognitive, motor and emotional abilities of human beings.
Considering what Torres (2013) said,
… A physical education teacher must be an educator who in addition to attending that function, is also an artist and an athlete, since through the “movement”, he is educated to produce or to transform values, ideals and attitudes in whom he practices it, and therefore, who teaches must have a “man design” and society to aspire and build.(p. 63)
In that attitude considering the pedagogical praxis that must respond to physical-intellectual-social development, which is also done with enthusiasm, in nature and without barriers. Recreation intimately can be very useful for the teacher for the possibility offers to the student to learn in a fun and rewarding way.
By expressing that Ramos P. (1992), "Education and in it physical education as a means of non -formal education, is a social function that involves an experiential methodology of knowledge, which involves creativity, initiative, leadership, decision making and self – esteem" (P. 12).
In view of the reality lived and what has expressed by the authors, it can be related that physical education from the comprehensive plane could allow the student an active participation by having greater interest and motivation in their learning process. It is necessary that the Physical Education teacher in his praxis integrates and uses within his teaching strategies, games, songs, outdoor life, among others, classes would be more enjoyable, significant in both psychological and social biological planes, turningThe student’s pleasant activity, a true integral learning would be generated, the affective component established in the program would be reinforced.
The importance of the praxis of the Physical Education teacher, to harmonize the bio-psychic-social dimensions of students’ learning, since it must be in accordance with the purposes pursued by the education that gives character for the full integral development, ofFact physical education constitutes a fundamental right of the human being, according to the United Nations Organization (UN, 2006),
… It is the sixth basic need, after nutrition, health, education, housing, work and social security, constitutes a means of integral and integrative unity that promotes the intellectual, emotional, physical and psychic development of the individual. In this way, educational scenarios can be generated, adequate where students can interact-can-tell themselves-educating-verbalize-learning-construct ideas-approve content-to achieve behaviors-developed actions-formalize plans-coordinate actions-development ideas.
