Introduction 

In accordance with what is studied in the course, the purpose of this blog is to strengthen the strategies used for conflict resolution and at the same time this theory applies to real life through the study of a case. Leandro is now 14 years old. His father does not know when he began to be harassed, but his ordeal has not yet come to an end. It all started when their behavior changed and everyone in school said that ‘he was getting into trouble. His class had been against him. They insulted him at recess, but the teachers denied him and blamed him, ”recalls her father. 

Case and contextualization of the same

  • Nature of the conflict: the conflict is structural: since it is defined as parts of a social group, in search of interests that are not compatible with the rest of the social group to which it belongs;It involves interests and needs, which at a given time are not relevant to the affected social part, then generated consciousness, great mobilizations can forge
  • Typology The conflict entails risks and opportunities because the children were psychologically affected, so much that they did not want to return to school.

Alternative steps or mechanisms to resolve conflicts

Now according to all this is that we can say that bullying is something that has always existed, where schools must have their own psychologist, where they must make their own constructive talks. On the other hand, to be valued, surveys are done and be treated by people who study this problem, also determine how it is presented and how to give it a deal.

 However, it affects children and young people, not having the necessary confidence, and they consider that the solution is to end their lives, based on them, although at an early age they are suffering from school abuse, they prefer not to comment on for reasonable circumstances, it is there where they come to treat this problem and give a solution, but the questionable is when they affect their social life and lead to develop multiple personalities.
