Changes in Mexico to achieve globalization

Introduction

Over the years, the different Mexican governments, from the Porfiriato to the present day, have seen how the development of the country goes hand in hand with science and technology, so they have emphasized (some more than others) inPromote a state policy in science and technology.

At present, the world undergoes social, economic and political changes to dizzyScience and technology in Mexico focusing on what is considered the global era, the impact it has on the social, economic and political aspects of the country, as well as observing the importance it has had to detonate Mexico’s competitiveness with the restof the world.

Globalization is a dynamic process of growing freedom and global integration of labor, goods, technology and capital markets. This process is not new, it has been gradually developing since 1950 and will take many years to complete, if politics allows it (De la Dehesa, 2001)

Developing

Globalization in Mexico must be understood as the result of the changes that happened when commercialism was established and the development that occurred after the revolutionary era, as well as continued it with greater or lesser emphasis of technologies in the different governments followed byThe cardinal era, in the same way a point is marked with the arrival of Miguel de la Madrid Hurtado to the Presidency of the Republic in 1982 Sexenio in which neoliberal emergence occurs in
